Weekly Meals and Workouts 57

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. This morning was just gorgeous for a 12 mile run. The weather has been PERFECT the past week.

So, before I get into anything else, here is my plan for the week.

Workouts

Sunday-   12 mile run

Monday-    6 mile run

Tuesday-  strength

Wednesday-  6 mile run

Thursday-  4 mile interval run

Friday- 4 mile  jog

Saturday- yoga

I’m sorry about the short post on Friday. I came home really late and wanted to post before midnight.

I really don’t have much to say right now. My Valentine’s Day was good. We also celebrated the night before. It was good. It was Friday the 13th, so, something happened. We got locked out of his car because he accidentally left it in the car. So, part of the evening was spent calling and waiting for AAA, Triple A.

Oh well. We still had a great evening.
