Weekly Meals and Workouts 58

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m not feeling much better from yesterday. I ended up not doing my long run today. Instead, I barely ran 6 miles. It really sucks having a bad cold. I took the past two days off from working out. I actually now believe that working out when you’re sick is better than not working out as long as you’re not too sick.

Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Workouts

Sunday-   6 mile run

Monday-    6 mile run

Tuesday-  6 mile run

Wednesday-  6 mile run

Thursday-  6 mile run

Friday- strength

Saturday- yoga?

I really don’t know how my workouts will be like this week. It just depends on how I feel and if I get over my cold.
