Weekly Meals and Workouts 59

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It still has been a while since I last worked out (last Sunday). I will be working out again tomorrow. I haven’t done any workouts yet today but I may do some pilates later on, depending on how I am feeling.

So, without further ado, here is my plan for the week.

3-1-15 Meal Plan

Workouts

Sunday-   pilates?

Monday-    6 mile run

Tuesday-  4 mile run + abs

Wednesday-  6 mile run

Thursday-  4 mile run + abs

Friday- strength

Saturday- yoga?

I will start off my long runs again next week. I’ll probably ease back into it and run 10 miles, 2 miles less than the last long run I did. I don’t want to shock my body by running 13 miles after not doing a long run for a while.
