Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I feel like things are going pretty well in my life right now.
Anyway, here are my workouts for the week.
I’ll do my long run on Sunday. I will run 10 miles for the long run. I haven’t done a long run in two weeks, so I don’t want to jump into running 12 miles again.
Anyway, my classes are going well. Work is work. There isn’t really much to say. We did learn about setting goals in my nutrition class. Once we finish the whole lecture for the topic, I will be posting what I learned from it. I feel that learning how to set attainable goals is important.
