Weekly Meals and Workouts 60

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I ran 10 miles today and it didn’t go so well. At least the weather was perfect this morning for a run.

Anyway, here is my plan for the week.

Workouts

Sunday-   10 mile run

Monday-    6 mile run

Tuesday-  4 mile run + abs

Wednesday-  6 mile run

Thursday-  4 mile run + abs

Friday- strength

Saturday- yoga?

I guess that is it for now. I really hope my long runs go better the next two weeks.
