Happy Friday the 13th, everyone. I hope you guys haven’t had any bad luck today. I don’t understand the superstition behind Friday the 13th. In Argentina, I believe, Tuesday the 13th is the unlucky day. It really depends on the culture.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
I know that I didn’t run that much this week. It’s okay. It’s getting closer to my half marathon and I don’t want to run too much. March 29 is the half! Also, I lifted real weights on Wednesday (as in, went to the guy’s area of the gym aka the weight room). My professor canceled our jogging class since it was raining outside that day. I decided to go to the gym and saw one of my classmates there, who is even more of a runner than me. We ran 6 miles and lifted weights together. I squatted with 50 lbs! I am still sore.
