Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I went to the Mystery Spot in Santa Cruz with my family today. It was really interesting.
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Workouts
Sunday- rest
Monday- 4-6 mile run + abs
Tuesday- 6 mile run + abs
Wednesday- 6 mile run + abs
Thursday- 4 mile run + abs?
Friday- strength?
Saturday- rest
I can’t believe that my half marathon is next weekend. I am not really prepared for it but I will run it. I know I can at least finish it. That means that I may have to walk it (possibly half). I know that I will not get a PR.
I guess that is it for now. Time to make my protein balls!
