Weekly Meals and Workouts 63

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I’m just sore and tired. I decided to run the half marathon this morning. I’m surprised I did pretty well. I ran it in 2 hours 10 minutes and 46 seconds. I did a lot better than my last half marathon. I got sick twice during training. I’m happy.

Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Workouts

Sunday-   half marathon

Monday-    walk + abs

Tuesday-  6 mile run + abs

Wednesday-  6 mile run + abs

Thursday-  4 mile run

Friday- strength?

Saturday- rest

That’s it for now.
