Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I ran 4 miles this morning and did a T25 workout DVD .
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.
Sunday- 4 mile run + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Monday- 6 mile run + abs
Tuesday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shred and Shed
Wednesday- 6 mile run + abs
Thursday- 4 mile run + T25 Workout
Friday- 4 mile run
To tell you guy the truth, I haven’t been eating as well as I could be. I’ve been eating out a lot more than I should have. For example, yesterday, I went out yesterday to eat with my boyfriend.
At least I tried to choose something a little healthier this time. I’ll try to eat healthier. Hopefully, I can stick to my meal plans better.
I guess that is it for now.
