Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s a Sunday. I tried running yesterday and today. It didn’t go so well. Today was worse than yesterday. I’m still trying to get back into running more. It’s so weird getting sick, not running for a week or so, and then trying to get back into running again.
Anyway, here is my plan for the week.

As for my workouts, here is my plan.
Workouts
Sunday- 4 mile run
Monday- 6 mile run + abs
Tuesday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shred and Shed
Wednesday- 6 mile run + abs
Thursday- 4 mile run
Friday- 4 mile run + T25 Workout
Saturday- rest
I really don’t know how my workouts will go this week. I may change it as the days go by and if things come up. It’s okay to skip a workout once in a while. Life gets in the way and your body may need rest.
I shouldn’t be complaining about this but I am a full time student. I also have a day job. It’s really hard to balance the two since my job is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5 pm kind of job. I’m still trying to find the balance between the two but I think it’s been working out, especially while trying to still have a personal life. It’s hard but I think it’s worth it at the end.
Anyway, that’s it for now.
