Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I ran 6 miles this morning and boy, have I gotten slow. I really hope I can run the 10 mile run next week. I’ll see how that goes.
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Workouts
Sunday- 6 mile run + 10 minute body circuit
Monday- 6 mile run + abs
Tuesday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shred and Shed
Wednesday- 6 mile run + abs
Thursday- 4 mile run
Friday- rest
Saturday- rest
I will see how my running goes this week. It also depends how much time I have. Anyway, I’ll have a post up later on this week about trying to balance school, work, personal life, eating, and working out. It’s a lot!
