Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I shall call this Fitness Saturday from now on because I keep posting on a Saturday. I could have pre-scheduled this post but I’ve been busy with school, work, exercising, and hanging out with mi novio.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
I rested a lot this week, I know. I didn’t workout that much. The main reason is that I will be running the Capital City Classic tomorrow. The weather is suppose to be perfect! Running 10 miles will be so much fun. =)
In other news, I hope you guys enjoyed my post on Wednesday. I know that I am not as skinny as I used to be or weigh as much as I used to be. Sure, I may have gained weight and gained curves. Some of it is muscle from all of the running. Some of it is fat. Some may be water weight as well. But, I am still healthy. I still workout. I still watch what I eat but not as obsessively. It’s all about balance.
Anyway, that’s it for now.
