Weekly Meals and Workouts 67 + 10 Mile Capital City Classic

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I ran the Capital City Classic today. I ran it in 1:40:10. It’s not as fast as last year’s but I am fine with that. Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Workouts

Sunday-   Capital City Classic 10 mile run

Monday-    2-4 mile run + abs

Tuesday-  Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Wednesday-  6 mile run

Thursday-  4 mile run + pilates

Friday- 4 mile run

Saturday- rest

So, the weather was almost perfect for the run today. There was just one part of the trail that was just super hot, which was around miles 6-8. They changed it from last year and added this one hill that is impossible to run down unless you want to trip and fall. It was pretty steep and was around mile 6.

Other than that, it was a pretty nice run. It was by the river and the scenery was nice. My calves started cramping up though. And, the medal wasn’t as nice as last year’s. Oh well.
