Fitness Friday 69

Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing? I’m doing not so great. I’ve been feeling really tired lately. Before I get into it, here were my workouts for the week. This time, it’s actually on a Friday!

Fitness Friday 5-1-15

 

As you can tell, I didn’t run that much this past week. I’ve just been feeling really tired. I even took a 2 hour nap on Wednesday. My body really needed a break. Hopefully, I’ll be able to run 6 miles tomorrow. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
