Weekly Meals and Workouts 68

Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I’m sorry that I didn’t post yesterday. I’ve been so busy.

Anyway, here is my plan for the week.

5-3-15 Meal PlanAs for my workouts, I won’t be running as much until the semester is over. I’ll have a lot more time once school is over.

 

Workouts

Sunday-   6 mile run

Monday-   Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Tuesday-  4 mile run

Wednesday-  4 mile run

Thursday-  4 mile run + pilates

Friday- rest

Saturday- 6 miles

I can’t wait until the semester is over! Having an 8 am class everyday sucks but I made it through. My workouts suffered though, since I don’t have much time anymore.
