Weekly Meals and Workouts 69

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. Happy Mother’s Day everyone!

Anyway, here is my plan for the week.

5-10-15 Meal Plan



Sunday-   6 mile run

Monday-   Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Tuesday-  4 mile run

Wednesday-  4 mile run

Thursday-  4 mile run + pilates

Friday- rest

Saturday- 6 miles

Let’s hope I wake up and get out of bed to run the 4 miles. If not, I will be doing a workout DVD instead. Knowing me lately, I probably will sleep in (until 5:45) and will workout after school/work.

I guess that’s it for now. I can’t wait for this semester to be over!
