Weekly Meals and Workouts 70

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I spent all day yesterday studying for finals. Well, wait. I actually took an 1 and half hour nap. Yep. That’s right. I took a nap. Sometimes, your body just needs rest.

Anyway, let’s get back to what this post is all about. It’s about my plan for the week.

5-17-15 Meal Plan

Workouts

Sunday-   6 mile run

Monday-   Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Tuesday-  6 mile run

Wednesday-  6 mile run + weights (at the school gym)

Thursday-  6 mile run + pilates

Friday- rest

Saturday- 6 mile run

That’s it for now. Wish me luck on finals!
