Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I finished my last final for the semester on Wednesday. Also, I got an A on my Chinese final! I am so happy! =) I have one week of break until my summer classes start on June 1. It will be a marathon until winter break.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
I am going to try to vary my workouts more from now on instead of just running everyday. I plan on running 6 miles, 4 times a week. Maybe 5 times will be okay, depending how I feel. I want to add in one day of BUTI Yoga and one day of strength. Of course, I will do random body weight exercises after my runs. I’ll do push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, and crunches. I want to keep my muscle tone too.
