Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. How are you guys celebrating this 3 day weekend?  The rest of the week, I’m going to work and then I go back to school next week.

Anyway, here is my plan for the week.

Workouts

Sunday-   6 mile run

Monday-   Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Tuesday-  6 mile run

Wednesday-  6 mile run

Thursday-  BUTI Yoga

Friday- rest

Saturday- 6 mile run

That’s it for now.
