Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I pretty much enjoyed this week of summer break from school. I start my summer classes next week.
In other words, here were my workouts for the week. I wish I ran more but I felt lazy and tired this week. I wanted to take a break before classes start.
I guess that is really it for now. My runs haven’t been going as well as I would have liked them. My problem is that I’ve been running a bit more on the slow side lately. I’m not as fast as I used to be. I’ll have to add more speed work to my workouts.
Anyway, that’s it for now. Wish me luck with my classes.
P.S. I received an A in my Chinese class.
