Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. My runs haven’t been going as well as I want them to go. I’ll have to work harder on it. Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- BUTI Yoga
Friday- rest
Saturday- 6 mile run
