Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. The first week back to school wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. It’s a Food Sustainability and Production class. It’s actually quite interesting. I’ll get more into it in a different post.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week. As you can tell, I’ve been going on more walks.
I actually ran 6 miles today and did 1 level of Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred. I created this last night but I I admit that I fell asleep before I posted.
