Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I didn’t workout today, which is fine by me. I have all week to workout.
Anyway, here’s the plan for the week.

Sunday- rest
Monday- 6 mile run
Tuesday- 6 mile run
Wednesday- BUTI Yoga
Thursday- 6 mile run
Friday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Saturday- 6 mile run
I actually think that I should make a weekend day a rest day. It would be nice to be able to sleep in one day of the week. I usually have to wake up between 5-6. It would be nice to sleep in until 8 or 9.
