Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I don’t have much to say in this post. I did take a rest day today. It feels good to sleep in.
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Monday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Tuesday- 6 mile run
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- BUTI Yoga + 3 mile run?
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- 6 mile run
I guess that is it for now. My Food Production and Sustainability Class is pretty interesting. I can’t wait when we get our orders in for the meal. The cooking and prepping for it will be so much fun!
