Fitness Friday 77 (on a Saturday)

Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I forgot to post my workouts yesterday. Well, I was busy. Here were my workouts for the week.

Fitness Friday 6-26-15

 

I didn’t run as much as I wanted to, again. I really have to get into the habit of going to bed earlier. I’d have more energy to actually get out of bed to workout early in the morning.

I guess that is it for now.
