Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I hope you guy had a fun, safe 4th of July!

Anyway, here is my plan for the week. I know I have been slacking off on this but I’ll do my best not to.

Hevil’s Healthy Devil – Meal Plan Template

7-5-15 Meal Plan

That is my general meal plan. I’ll be eating whatever leftovers I’ve had for dinner or making pasta. If I get bored, I’ll probably go buy food to eat or make other things.

Sunday-   6 mile run + T25 Abs

Monday-   6 mile run

Tuesday-  Jillian Michael’s DVD

Wednesday-  rest

Thursday-  6 mile run

Friday- BUTI Yoga or 6 mile run?

Saturday- 6 mile run

I guess that it is for now!
