Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I was really busy yesterday to post this, so that’s why I’m posting this today. I went to SF to visit family and then I spent time with my novio when I got back.
Sunday- 6 mile run
Monday- 6 mile run + weights
Wednesday- 6 mile run + weights
Thursday- 6 mile run
Friday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Saturday- 6 mile run
That’s it for now. I’ll talk more about my Food Production class in my next post. I started my Family Resources Management Class today. Boy, do I have a busy summer.
