Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I did not workout yesterday, even though I probably should have. I’ll take it as a rest day.

Wednesday- 6 mile run + weights
Thursday- 6 mile run
Friday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Saturday- 6 mile run
That is it for now. I have school work to do!
