Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I decided to take a rest day today since it is the only day in the week I can sleep in. It is actually nice to do that once in a while. After that, I spent some time with my boyfriend. It was such a nice and relaxing day. We went shopping together too!
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.
Monday- 6 mile run + weights
Tuesday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred + yoga
Wednesday- 6 mile run + weights
Thursday- 6 mile run
Friday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Saturday- 6 mile run
Rest is very important. I am starting to realize that. Getting enough sleep and resting is when our bodies start to recover and rebuild any torn muscles. It is when we gain the strength and energy to get through the day.
