Weekly Meals and Workouts 79

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I ran 8 miles today and boy did it suck. It didn’t go so well. I am happy that I completed the run though.

Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

8-2-15 Meal Plan

Workouts

Sunday-   8 mile run

Monday-  elliptical + weights

Tuesday-  6 mile run

Wednesday- elliptical + weights

Thursday-  3 miles + yoga

Friday- 4 mile tempo run

Saturday- 6 mile run

That’s it for now. It’s crazy that I’m running my 4th half marathon.
