Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I ran 9 miles this morning. I also forgot to post my Fitness Friday post. Here it is.

Monday-  Yoga + 3 mile run

Tuesday- 4 mile run

Wednesday- 4 mile run

Thursday-  6 mile run

Friday- Jillian Michael’s DVD

Saturday- rest
