Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing? I’m doing fine, thank you very much. I’ve been working on a lot of homework. It will be worth it though since this is the last week of summer classes. This will be a very quick post.

Workouts

Sunday-   rest

Monday-  9-10  mile run

Tuesday- rest

Wednesday- 6 mile run + weights

Thursday- Jillian Michael’s DVD

Friday- 6 mile run

Saturday- BUTI Yoga + 4 mile run

That is it for now. Back to homework now.
