Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. Before I get into anything else, here is my plan for the week.

Sunday-   rest

Monday-  rest

Tuesday- 6 mile run

Wednesday- 6 mile run

Thursday- 6 mile run

Friday- 6 mile run

Saturday- BUTI Yoga

I have the rest of this week off before the Fall Semester starts. I am happy to say that I got into a nutrition class. It is a sports nutrition class. Thank goodness for open registration.
