Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- 6 mile run
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- BUTI Yoga
I have the rest of this week off before the Fall Semester starts. I am happy to say that I got into a nutrition class. It is a sports nutrition class. Thank goodness for open registration.
