Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing? I am doing alright, thank you very much. The first week back to school has been quite interesting. There is still one class that I am trying to get into. Other than that, I am happy with my classes. I will talk more about it later as I finalize my school schedule.
Anyway, let’s start this post with my workouts from last week. Well, I did not work out. I only exercised for one day. My body really needed the break. I will get back into running tomorrow. I bought new running shoes yesterday! I hope it will motivate me to run tomorrow.
As you guys probably can tell, I have not been following my half marathon training plan. I will be making it up as I go along. I do know that rest days and long run days are important. I will remember to incorporate that.
In other news, here is my plan for the week.
Workouts
Sunday- rest
Monday- 6 mile run
Tuesday- yoga + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- yoga + 4 mile run
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- rest
That is it for now. I have a lot of reading to do!
