Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you much. I’ve been very busy. Anyway, I did not work out as much again, this week. I have been too tired (it is not an excuse). I notice that I do have higher levels of energy when I do workout, so I will have to get back into it.
Here were my two workouts for the week.
In other news, I volunteered for my professor’s Sports Nutrition Workshop for our school’s baseball team. It was a fun experience. Our Sports Nutrition Class will be developing workshops for the other athletic teams in our school. I am so excited about it! I love this class.
That’s it for now! I have to study and do homework!
