Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I did not work out today but I will workout tomorrow. The weekend is the only time that I can get some extra sleep. Anyway, today is the Mid-Autumn Festival. That means I get to eat mooncake! I love mooncake, especially the Lotus Seed Past one. I am not a big fan of the mooncake with yolks in them.
Anyway, here is my plan for the week!
I have to find some way to keep myself accountable for my workouts. It may seem like it is easy when I post this stuff online and other people read it. However, it doesn’t work like that for me. At least, not anymore. If you guys have any suggestions, just let me know! I need to get more motivated to run again.
Monday- Jillian Michael’s DVD
Tuesday- weights + 5-6 mile run
Wednesday- BUTI Yoga
Thursday- weights + 5-6 mile run
Friday- 4 mile interval run
Saturday- run or Jillian Michael’s DVD
That is it for now. I would like to talk about fueling before a workout and refueling after a workout. There are so many articles about it on the internet. And, to tell you the truth, at least half of them are BS. I am learning a lot of things in my Sports Nutrition Class and I will be happy to share what I am learning with you, in time. I would like to learn more before I post about it. I will talk about hydration in a later post, when I have the time. Hydration is very important! Right now, I have a neuroscience exam I have to study for! Wish me luck.
