I should really call this post something else other than Fitness Friday. I keep posting it on a Saturday anyway. It just sounds cool because Fitness Friday, there are two Fs. I don’t know. It’s a weird social media thing, like Throwback Thursday or something.
Anyway, before I get into anything else, here were my workouts for the week.
As you can tell, I worked out a little more this week. I am trying to get back into running really slowly. I know that it is not a good idea to just jump back into running 30 miles a week like I used to.
Also, I do have to hold off on my hydration post until possibly later tomorrow. Or, next week. I have a lot of studying to do this weekend. I have two exams coming up this week. It is for my Sports Nutrition Class and for my Nutrition Throughout the Life-cycle: Preconception to Childhood. I love both of these classes. I am NEVER bored in them. In fact, the class goes by too fast! There is so much I want to learn in both classes. I do have to study hydration as one of the things for my Sports Nutrition Class. I may type up the post tomorrow so that it will help me study for my exam as well. I will see how I feel tomorrow.
