Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I was suppose to run my 5k run today but that didn’t end up happening. I was too tired to get up and run (terrible excuse). I went to bed late last night because of our unexpected thunderstorms. Also, I took a nap earlier yesterday and that kept me up. I still plan on running in more races.
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Sunday- rest
Monday- Jillian Michael’s DVD
Tuesday- core + 6 mile run
Wednesday- BUTI Yoga
Thursday- core + 6 mile run
Friday- 4-5 mile interval run
Saturday- run or Jillian Michael’s DVD
That is it for now. I am off to study! I will post a hydration post some time but I do not know when. Keep a lookout!
