Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I actually have time to post this on a Friday! I didn’t get to run as much as I had planned, which I am sad about. I have just been so tired in the morning. I don’t know why.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
Wish me luck on running tomorrow. I need it! The days that I have aerobics class are the days that it is so easy to workout! The other days, I have to wake up super early in the morning to workout to fit it into my schedule. Half of the time, I am way too tired. I still have to find a balance.
That’s all I have to say for now. I had two midterms this week and I need a break. I will have a hydration post up this weekend. After studying hydration more, I realize I need to work on drinking more water. This will help me and educate you guys!
