Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I think I am almost 100% recovered from my cold an I hope to be able to run tomorrow! I know that today is the Women’s Nike Half Marathon and some of my friends are running in it. =) I hope to be able to run in it next year.
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

Sunday- rest
Monday- Jillian Michael’s DVD
Tuesday- core + 5-6 mile run
Wednesday- BUTI Yoga
Thursday- core + 5-6 mile run
Friday- 4-5 mile interval run
Saturday- run or Jillian Michael’s DVD
I hope that I will be well enough to workout. I really want to get back into running. Wish me luck!
