Fitness Friday 94 (on a Saturday)

Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I didn’t work out as much as I wanted to this week. I just feel like it is healthier to go with the flow and at least try to plan things. If things get in the way, don’t stress too much about it.

Fitness Friday 10-23-15

I think I did alright with my workouts this week. I’m glad I included some weight training. I did some squats with a barbell and boy, I was sore until yesterday.

That is it for now. Time to get working on homework!
