Happy Halloween !!!!! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I am feeling a little under the weather. I guess it’s the cold season. I’m just happy my cold wasn’t as bad as it was early this year. Anyway, here were my workouts for the week. I should really up my working out to 4 days a week. It’s a work in progress. I’ll probably run tomorrow.
I am still trying to ease back into running. It’s so sad that I used to train for half marathons. Now, I have to get back into just running 10 ks! So sad. I have a 10 k run coming up on Turkey Day. My goal is to run it in under one hour. Wish me luck on that. I also plan on running a half marathon in late March/early April.
