Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s raining today in California. Finally! =) We really need the rain. Time to take out my winter and rain gear. I bought a strawberry umbrella since my old one broke. It’s my favorite umbrella.
Anyway, here is my plan for the week. I am so sorry that I have not been updating this. I have just been so busy that I have been winging it the past two weeks. Money wise, it wasn’t a good thing. I am trying to keep my money spending in check. It’s so sad that most of my money goes to food!

Tuesday- weights + 5-6 mile run
Wednesday- BUTI Yoga
Thursday- weights + 5-6 mile run
Friday- 4 mile interval run
Saturday- 5-6 mile run
We will see how my workouts go this week. I am trying to think of any nutrition related topics to write about here but there is just too much I want to say. I love my classes this semester and I am learning a lot. I want to share some of what I am learning with you guys. I’ll see what I end up writing about.
