Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’ve been very busy, thank you for asking. I am sorry for posting last week’s workouts today. Friday was date night with mi novio. Saturday, I volunteered for my professor’s Sports Nutrition Workshop and studied for my exam. Sunday, I studied for my exam and did chores around the house. I will talk more about the Sports Nutrition Workshops in a later post. They are super fun.
I am happy to say that I am trying to workout more. I ran 6 miles today and I did the Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred yesterday. I have my aerobics class tomorrow too. I am really trying to get back into working out more, instead of just 2-4 days a week. I want it to be more 5-6 days a week. I am working on it.
My plan for the rest of the week is to go to my aerobics class tomorrow. I will rest on Wednesday. On Thursday, I have my class again. On Friday, I will either rest or do some yoga. On Saturday, I will probably run or do a workout DVD.
That is it for now. I have an exam to study for. My exam is tomorrow!
