Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. This post will be quick today since I have a lot of studying to do and I have to work on my research paper. Once again, I volunteered for my professor’s Sports Nutrition Workshop yesterday. I am learning a lot from it! I will definitely write a post about it. For sure, I will write it at the end of the semester.
Anyway, here were my workouts last week. I only worked out for 4 days. I am aiming for 5 days a week now. I just get so busy and tired. That is no excuse. I really have to make time or something.
I tell you, the aerobics class kicks butt! It is not a “traditional” aerobics class and it’s more of a high intense cardio class that includes body weight exercises. An example is jumping squats and burpees.
So, I do not really have a plan for this week since it is the week of Thanksgiving. What I do plan on doing is eating and working out when I feel like it. I will listen to my body.
