Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. My workouts this week were a bit blah. Taking a month off working out makes you have to start from almost the very beginning! Here were my workouts for the week.
My runs were not that good this week. I had to stop to walk at least one or twice (sometimes three times!). It’s not even a 10K and I have to stop to walk. My run on Wednesday was the best out of this week since I only walked once during the 4 miles. I am not sure if I will run tomorrow or not. I will see how I feel.
I also tried one of the workouts from Jillian Michael’s Killer Body DVD. I tried to ab/core workout. It was hard! I cannot wait to try the other ones. It is intermediate/advanced for working out. I also have both of Cassey Ho’s PopPilates DVD. I tried one from the Flat Abs Fast one and I was dying. One ab workout is just 10 minutes but boy, I was dying. My abs were sore the next day! Taking a month off really does make your fitness decline. I have to build it back up.
