Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s my last weekend until school starts again on Monday. I just plan on relaxing this weekend to recharge from a stressful week at work. Then, I have to get back into the swing of things for school. Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
As you can tell, I’m trying to not run everyday. I don’t know if it’s just me or not but I think resting or doing another type of workout between runs is a good thing. I do not want to over train the muscles that I use to run. I’m still slowly getting back into running since taking a month off working out last month. I’m really surprised about how I am progressing. I hope to be able to run five times a week soon.
As for my classes, I am still trying to finalize my class schedule. I will know by the end of next week on what classes I will be taking. I hope it goes the way I want to. It’ll be a great but busy semester for me if it goes the way I want it to.
