Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. My ankle hurts a little and my lower back still hurts a little. Maybe I’m just sleeping weird? Anyway, I am great other than that.
Before I get into anything else, here’s my plan for the week.
Sunday- 7 mile run
Monday- 4 miles + abs
Tuesday- HIIT Yoga
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- 4 mile run + strength
Friday- 4 mile intervals
Let’s see how my workouts go this week. I also have a 10K race coming up next week. I am so excited! It’s been a while since I ran in a race.
So, I am really excited to start my internship this week. It is with the CA Department of Education. Let’s see how it goes and see what I learn from it. I am so excited to be able to use what I learn in a real life setting.
That is it for now. I did run outside yesterday (it has been hard trying to run outside due to our random rain weather). It was so nice yesterday and I ran 4 miles. Let’s hope that my 10K run is a nice weather day as well.
