Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright. I could be better. I’m still recovering from a cold. I’ve had it the past week and it sucks. I didn’t workout this week either. That’s why I did not have this post last week.
I plan on working out again starting tomorrow. It will really depend on how I feel tomorrow but I am hoping that I will be ok. In other news, the weather has been great here for the most part.
Monday- HIIT Yoga
Tuesday- 4 mile run + abs
Wednesday- Jillian Michael’s DVD
Thursday- 5 mile run + abs
Friday- 4 mile intervals
I will see how my workouts go this week. It just depends on how I feel, if I recovered enough from my cold. That is it for now. There isn’t much else to say about the past week.
