Happy Saturday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I should really call this post Fitness Saturday. Anyway, there’s not much of an update about the bet I told you guys about a few weeks ago. I’ve been maintaining my weight. I really have to focus on getting more physical activity in.
PIIT is Pilates Intense Interval Training, created by Cassey Ho, of Blogilates. She has a few videos on her Youtube channel about PIIT but she also has a 28 day program. It’s actually really intense. It was harder than I expected.
My goal is still to increase my workouts to 5 days a week. It will definitely help with the weight loss. I’ll just have to manage my time better. Hopefully, it’ll work out.
In other news, I don’t think I am ready for my half marathon. I will just do my best and see how it goes.
This semester has been crazy. However, it’s a fulfilling one. I will write more about nutrition topics once I graduate and have more time.
